video / audio yapping over the net

hi.  i'm looking for a cross platform compatible app for yapping with my
friend (me lin, him win).  i would like to have video (from webcam),
audio and an option for text.  written in java would be nice.  searched
around but nothing interesting popped up.  am i asking for too much?
any ideas?  thanks  -eric.
