Are you referring to the PHP based gallery? If so, the vulnerabilities 
have been fixed in a subsequent release.

Sorry but I don't have any suggestions for other software. :-( But I'd 
like to know too. Especially if it's written in perl since my perl 
skills are WAY better than my php.
