iirc it's klipper, the b*stard that somebody thought was a good idea to 
embrace and extend from Microsoft's Mr. Clippy.  If you can right-click 
on it in the taskbar and 'disable actions' you'll be all set.

If you can't find it in the taskbar, just run klipper, and you'll 
probably get to it that way
