Nope.  When IBM came out the the CompactFlash Microdrive, Toshiba came out 
with an even smaller drive.  This 20GB is a little bigger than that CF one, 
but not by much.  It's the same drive used in the iPod, and they go up to 
40GB.  But they are designed to go into devices that move around a lot.

I don't jog with it, but I do work out with it.  I can't speak to the 
long-term effects, but it's got enough buffer that it doesn't skip.
