New box does not load BIOS

Hello Chris:

The RAM says this much:

	2x256 MB DDR 266 MHz, CL 2.5 memory

The cards fit without forcing.  They are "simple looking", no metal
heat sinks.  I'll look for the words "dual channel", but I tried to
make sure the RAM matched the motherboard manual specs before (it has
to be equal or above 200 MHz for example).  They have one notch, not
exactly in the center, and the two clips snap into place.
