Hi Dwight, I'm part of a team that admins and uses a few Beowulf-class clusters including: http://mitgcm.org/ http://mitgcm.org/projects/MITGCM_CLUSTER/ http://acesgrid.org/ and can try to answer some questions. And if anyone is interested, I would like to talk to other cluster users about their experiences with, for example, file system (NFS, Lustre) tuning and performance. So are there any other cluster users on this list? Ed -- Edward H.
