Site defaced - what next?

Sounds like a DMCA violation to me...  Why don't you sue them?

[Notice the lack of a smiley...  No, I don't really think it would be
a good idea to sue them -- at least not individually.  But I do think
raising the issue with as many people as possible is a good idea.]
