Spammers Relaying Through Bounces

I don't understand what that would do except prevent me from having to
look at the double bounces I currently get (the bounces that make me
aware of the problem).  Aren't these e-mails the spammer wants me to
send the first bounce?  Does your suggestion change their disposition?
