New FC3 Install for Dual Boot w/ WinXP Fails After BIOS

Yeah, I posted to the Fedora forums and logged a bug:

With the similar FC2 issue in May, it took a couple weeks before it
bubbled up to mass awareness.  

Maybe its just me.  We'll find out.
