Its a good idea to have it, just in case. Suppose you spill hot coffee in server and a short circuit wipes out the hard drive with 6 man months of work on it (and stupidly, its the only copy) ? (Dumb scenario, but dumber things have happened). Last time I needed it, I called the agent who sold me my auto insurance.
