way to test smtp?

Recently relay-pair.com was recommended verbally to me as a way to test smtp connection/ traffic.   However, when I go to the site, i find it non-existant.   I've tried various combinations of the name, honomyms, etc but NADA.   Does anyone know of an alternative site or the correct URL for relay-pair.com?
