I mentioned last night that on my new SuSE 9.2 system, I was not able to get any patches from YaST Online Update eventhough I knew patches were available. My proxy settings were correct et. al. My other desktop had no problem downloading the patches, and my laptop was also able to download patches. The RPM database is fine. The solution was to shutdown to single-user mode, delete the contents of /tmp. After I did that, I was able to download the available patches. -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
