rsync on MaxOS X

Hello:

I am working on a video project on MacOS X, an OS I have not used much
before. The data is stored on an external firewire 200 GB disc. I
want to back up this info to my own firewire disc, and have a few
basic questions.

Does Max OS X come with rsync? If not, where would I get the
program. I want to run a command like this one:

    rsync -auq --exclude "cache/" /sourcedir/ /newuptodatedir

Should I use any other sorts of options or --excludes? Is the way to
find the /sourcedir path to do ^I?

Thanks,
doug
