There was a Doonsbury comic a long time ago with a fake ad for "geek pale 
cream".  If you didn't want to get caught spending too much time in the 
sun, exposing the fact that you have a life outside of work, you put on 
this white cream.  They had two shades of white, and one with a greenish 
tint for extreme circumstances.  

Wish I could find that.
