Cisco SOHO 91

Hello,
      I was thinking of picking up a Cisco SOHO 91 to replace my cable 
router.  As I have never really gotten into Cisco IOS and it seems like an 
inexpensive way to get into it.  I wanted to know two things:

1) Do these run Cisco IOS or is it something else?
2) Does anyone know someone selling a used one?  I don't need new.
