Overview

Provide a range of consulting services to development managers, software
engineering organizations and in-house attorneys in enterprises and
technology companies on the subject of software compliance management
and intellectual property protection. Using Black Duck?s protexIP
software platform projects will include on-site code and binary
analysis; integration projects involving customers? IT environment;
implementing customer-specific features, and other projects.

Job Description

Responsible for the successful management and execution of consulting
projects.

Responsibilities:
?	Provide project deliverables to clients, such as on-site
analysis; integration projects involving customers? IT infrastructure;
customer-specific features, and other projects
?	Participate in sales activities for professional services.
Potential tasks include creating/presenting presentations and assisting
in proposal creation.
?	Other responsibilities, as necessary and when proven.

Education/Skills/Experience
?	BS or higher from an excellent college or university.
?	7 to 10 years ? plus ? experience within a professional
services organization.
o	A proven track record of management and execution of
consulting projects. ?	Strong technical and software development
experience required. o	Experience with Linux and web
technologies is highly desired. ?	Knowledge of software
licensing, particularly open source licenses is required.
?	The ability to effectively communicate and present detailed
and highly technical information.
?	Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications
skills required. ?	Travel is required.
