procmail autoreply problem

Perhaps replace that line with:
* ^TOperson at company.com

I think the "^TO" covers "to" and "cc". You might also want these lines
at the top:
PRDIR=$HOME/.procmail  # make sure this exists
LOGFILE=$PRDIR/log   #recommended
