FC4 and DVD ISO?

Just downloaded it myself.  It is available, though they say it's over 4GB
while I only got 2GB.  Look at one of the mirrors - not all have it:
http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

Or try using their Bittorrent:
http://torrent.fedoraproject.org/
