Rough upgrade to FC4

Up2date doesn't work in FC4, they broke it. FC5 will use yum 
  exclusively. Fortunately I keep an eye on he fedore forums 
and have learned that once you upgrade to FC# you have to 
edit the repos.d files to look for FC# repositories instead 
of the the previous release repositories. I had no problems 
upgrading from RH 8 to FC3 and from FC3 to FC4.
