I have read a short discussion about LinuxBIOS on the Free Software
Foundation Bulletin.  The Foundation strongly encourages people to
support AMD and Tyan because of their commitment to the project.  It
sounds like a neat and worthwhile project.  Does anyone have
experience with it?  It claims to cold-boot a computer in 3 seconds.
