Description
Join a new team at Red Hat, who's goal is to attract commercial software 
developers to Red Hat solutions and technologies. In this role, you will be 
the public face of Red Hat to the developer community, focused mainly on 
Red Hat Developer Nation (Red Hat's new Developer Portal). You will work 
with Red Hat marketing to develop a ?point-of-view? about various 
technologies and products in the market, that you will deliver through Red 
Hat Developer Nation. Daily activities will include blogging, selecting 
content to highlight, encouraging internal and external content development 
for Developer Nation, and interfacing with the rest of Red Hat to reuse and 
host other useful content. You will also be a Red Hat Developer evangelist 
at Developer conventions, tradeshows, and even customers. You will manage 
the Red Hat Developer Nation web presence, in concert with Red Hat GIS, and 
work to assist in developer marketing activities worldwide.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree 
5-10 years of combined experience with: enterprise customers, development 
organizations, Linux and open source, and online communication (blogging, 
message boards, etc). Travel 20% of the time. The candidate must be 
articulate, able to convey complex technologies simply, and well-versed in 
the open source community.
