A different ssh issue

Thanks for reading this: I have solved my previous issue with ssh
access, but now I need help with a new issue.

My ssh connection works OK from a W2K Putty client to my OpenSSH server
when I'm using my LAN, but when I dial up to my ISP and attempt to
access the server via dialup, I get an error that says "Network error:
connection timed out".

All suggestions welcome.

Bill Horne
P.S. The original problem was caused by the following entry in my
hosts.allow file:
in.sshd: ALL
