I used to be cacert.org assurer, but given the state of Mozilla's bug# 215243 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215243; i.e., cacert's root is still not in any mozilla browser per default and thus not in KDE either -- http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74290), I do not see CACert as much useful and I have switched all my efforts to obtain true Thawte certificate. So, are there any Thawte notaries, who would be willing to meet with me and sign my cert? Have a nice weekend everybody?
