PGP Keysigning Party

I'm planning the next one for September. The first half of the meeting 
would be a talk about What is PGP and GnuPG, and the second half would 
be the actual keysigning. The talk would also explain the keysigning 
procedure we'd be using.

Does anyone want to volunteer to give the talk?
