Vonage

On another net someone asked a question about Vonage.
I was wondering if anyone on this net has used Vonage and what were the 
experiences. I'm looking for:
quality of service (up and downtime, connections, dropped connections).
quality of voice.
What speed cable or DSL and what carrier.
billing.
what equipment.

I'm specifically asking about Vonage specifically not about VOIP in general. 
In my personal case, I am switching to Comcast Digital Voice which is 
related to VOIP except that the switched network is on Comcasts intranet.
