Unfortunately, the box didn't recognize the drives, and was only able to use 120 gb. I found a nice drive cage made by Supermicro that I plan to try out; it holds 5 hotswap SATA drives, and takes up the space of 3 drive bays on a tower PC. http://pcconnection.com/web/Shopping/Product.htm?product%5Fid=441755 Add a 4-port SATA card and a set of SATA hard drives, and I should be all set. I figure I'll use four 300 gb drives, in mirrored pairs, to make a 600 gb LVM volume group. -- John Abreau / Executive Director, Boston Linux & Unix ICQ 28611923 / AIM abreauj / JABBER jabr at jabber.org / YAHOO abreauj Email jabr at blu.org / WWW http://www.abreau.net / PGP-Key-ID 0xD5C7B5D9 PGP-Key-Fingerprint 72 FB 39 4F 3C 3B D6 5B E0 C8 5A 6E F1 2C BE 99 -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
