Merged DNS/DHCP server?

I'd like to setup a SIMPLE DNS/DHCP server for a small network, maybe  
a single subnet or two. Does anyone know of a good tool to do that?  
Ideally I'd like a single config file with the format:

<mac address> <ipaddress> <hostname>

Rather than the traditional BIND + DHCP deal.

Is there anything simple out there that can do this?
