There is an interesting development in the SCO vs. IBM case where Judge 
Wells granted IBM's motion to limit SCO's claims for the most part. She 
used an analogy to a shoplifting suspect where the store refused to specify 
what the suspect stole. This effectively reduces SCO's case to minutia.
