Web Site Monitoring service - any suggestion

What level of features are you looking for? If you're just looking to
see if the site is up and email if it's down then there are lots of
sites that do this for fairly cheap. If you are looking for enterprise
level monitoring, measuring, reporting and alerting there are 3. Gomez,
Keynote and Mercury.

I personally recommend and use Gomez. They have the best and most
reliable service and more features than the other 2. Their only
business is Internet Performance Measurements. They unlike the other
two, focus on being good at 1 thing.

Keynote for a long time was the industry leader but they have let their
technology slip. They also refuse to call customers back, and if you
don't spend a certain amount of money with them ($100k+) they don't want
you.

Mercury has too many services and their company is spread way too thin.
They count on the people that want everything in one package. If you
are looking for a company to come in and not only do a performance
analysis but to also have consultants fix your problem then this if for
you.
