One of the things you should check is the installation source. You can do this through YaST (or use the rug command): YaST/Software/Installation Source You then need to make sure you have a valid repository. These are what I have, but you only need one. These are for 64_bit. http://ftp.ale.org/pub/suse/x86_64/update/10.1 ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/suse/x86_64/update/10.1 I think that for 32-bit, just remove the x86_64. http://ftp.ale.org/pub/suse/update/10.1 Additionally, make sure the refresh is on. If refresh is not on, then zenworks will not detect if updates are available. Once you add a valid repository, it will show up as a YUM repository, and Zen should pick it up within a few minutes. No need to reboot. You may also do a YaST online update as there were some fixes to the zenworks libraries. Note that SuSE Zenworks is Ximian's Red Carpet, and the new repositories are now YUM. -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9 -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
