I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a pointer towards a succinct RUP explanation... if that is even a plausable entity. I want to brush up on RUP - the main phases of a RUP project and how to implement it. I need to be able to speak intelligently about it very soon. I did have some training in UML modeling and various methodologies - perhaps RUP at one point as well - but need to get back up to speed. I am not really looking for theory, just a plain english explanation of things like iterations. I know that there are a million tutorials out there, but I am too green to know what is biased and what is just the facts... Thanks a million.
