For those of you who read Groklaw, this is not news, but last Wednesday afternoon, Judge Dale Kimball affirmed the Magistrate Judge Wells' July 28th order which effectively destroyed SCO's case against IBM. And yesterday, Novell filed a motion for partial summary judgment. In recent months, Novell has been very aggressive. In any case, this is a very good thing for the Linux community as well as the open source community in general. If you want to read the details, it's all on Groklaw. http://www.groklaw.net/ -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
