Exporting Leromg vs exporting Private Key

Hello everyone, and thanks in advance.

My question is when I export my private key to a file (asciii-armored
file) does it also export my keyring or is it a seprate process to
export your priv key and key ring.

I exported my file to a key file from linux and imported it to Windows
and I had no keyring. Because I exported From Linux to Windows im not
sure if that's where my problem lies ;)
