LCD display privacy filters?

The market (3m, etc) does not make privacy filters for 24 inch or larger LCD 
computer displays.

That being the case, does anyone know where I might be able to obtain the 
materials that are use to make them?   I might opt to try and have them made 
in-house, provided I can get the appropriate materials.
