NIC names

Not for nothing, but lately folks have been unusually rude on this list.
This post, as well as my earlier post re: Ubuntu support costs have been
meet with an unreasonable amount of hostility. I understand that folks
can have strong opinions about these sorts of things, and can in fact
get frustrated for any number of reasons, but lets try to keep things
civil, please. This is a really good place to go for help, interesting
and meaningful discussions, and general sharing of interests. I've been
a member of BLU for sometime now, and I'd hate for it to get a bad rap
for being unpleasant.
