Groklaw has a pointer to an article that appears on the Yahoo message boards: <http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_S/threadview?m=tm&bn=2942&tid=411981&mid=412019&tof=35&rt=2&frt=2&off=1> The BLOG is posted by vanburgerstein It would be better if not for paranormal investigator Pamela Jones and her spin-cycle-only information washing machine wasn't still running. I believe SCOG's primary mission is now selling shares of its own stock as it can release a massive number of them without getting authorization from the current shareholders. This can be done with so-called death-spiral deals but also through high-pressure sales tactics where a broker is given a big commission for unloading shares of a stressed security. These operations work hand in glove with "communications" companies to coordinate sales with press releases and such. Private brokers can pretend to have secret knowledge backed up by innuendo on message boards like Y! by paid market support staff. Linux lunes can be easily dismissed, but Groklaw has an air of credibility that potential investors will trip over during google searches. That's why paranormal investigator PJ is such a thorn and preventing the stock from realizing its full potential. There are many public companies that sell large amounts of stock with essentially nothing but press releases and a rented office. SCOG really has a physical product and IMO that positions them nicely. Again, the problem is Groklaw. Bad news fades in to the distance but Krocklaw is not biodegradable. To get to the moon we have to plug PJ's pie-hole.
