You might want to dig around a bit more as I seem to recall a colleague 
setup a wiki at Sourceforge, and when I asked him why he chose the 
particular wiki (I forget which one it was), he said it was the one 
supported by Sourceforge.

Wikispaces (http://wikispaces.com/) seems decent. An open source project 
I've been using is hosted there. I've made a few edits to pages and it 
has worked fine. It has a WYSIWYG editor.
