Perl IDE

This isn't a perl IDE per se, but my favorite cross-platform editor, 
jEdit (http://www.jedit.org) has perl syntax highlighting and indenting, 
and there's a perl lint plugin for it.  It's the most powerful editor I 
know, if you include the plugins for it.
