I operate several small websites for nonprofits. This usually requires very little effort because I am using Plone and the organizations can make modifications. However, Plone and the Zope infrastructure goes through major transformations and every time I upgrade the system I need to spend time a significant amount of effort to reconfigure the websites to conform to the latest release of Zope or Plone. The last upgrade (Zope2.9 and Plone2.5) created a lot of folders with a status of "Public Draft". These files now appear in the Navigation Box and Top Tabs of the website. I do not wish this to happen. I tried to change the status from "Public Draft" to "Private" but there is no option for this. I still have my old system available. I was thinking of going back to the old system and changing the status of the folders to Private prior to converting to the new system. I would really appreciate any suggestions.
