Apache 2.0 Running a site on another port with a second ipaddress

OK, thanks for clarifying the goal. I still think the problem is going 
to be found in your SELinux configuration, as suggested in the prior 
email. I don't have experience with SELinux, so I can't give you 
pointers on where to go next, other than to the Red Hat documentation. 
Perhaps others will offer some suggestions.
