I recently set up a virtual server based on UML at Linode to run a CMS website, email, etc. I am running Debian Etch. I was planning to use Joomla which is based on a LAMP setup. I was considering using XAMPP http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-xampp/ for the LAMP. I was wondering if this is a good choice or if I should just set up the individual components.
