RealPlayer issues

I have installed the realplay package from the Ubuntu Commercial
packages for my family, and they have no issues to date.  However, a
pre-req for that was to uninstall Helix.  So, I have never had both
installed at the same time -- just one or the other.  Can you possibly
try this and find out if this is the issue?  I would uninstall both,
then install the latest realplay (however you do that for your SuSE
install), and retest...
