Need spare monitor for Installfest

I don't think I have a spare monitor, but I do have a KVM. For most of
the install, we could possibly use a KVM. I didn't see if Jeff was
bringing a keyboard and mouse. If I remember, I have a couple of
retired keyboards and mice.=20
