Thanks Jim. I tested the printer, and the only problem appears to be with the tray2 paper feed. This is probably a problem with either the roller in the removable tray or the feed roller above. The printer feeds paper from tray 1 with no problem. So, in the next few days I'll go online to fine a set of replacement rollers. I don't need to buy an entire kit.
