Last year I had put together a set of scripts for signing GPG keys,
exporting each to a signed, ascii-armored file encrypted to its
own key, and generating a BSMTP file to email each file to each
email address contained in its uids.
I just polished up the scripts, created a Makefile to run them,
and put together a README to explain how to run them. I've uploaded
a tarball to the BLU website, at
http://blu.org/keysignings/blu-keysigning-sandbox.tar.gz
