No web stats are 100% accurate.

Anyway, the stats packages tend to break down into web server log analyzers
or javascript-based trackers that you embed in your HTML.
I've used Awstats in the past and been reasonably pleased. I suppose
it really depends on why you're monitoring your stats and what you
hope to get out of it.
