Hi BLU, I am in the process of acquiring a domain that's going to cost a couple grand. I know there are services that put the money in escrow and make sure a legitimate transfer occurs before releasing the funds. Network solutions has a certified offer service but it assumes that you're contacting someone anonymously. In my case, the price has been negotiated and the seller already knows who I am. A "trusted third party" would work well for my purposes. Have any of you worked with a service that handles this type of transaction? Google brings back some results for "escrow domain transfer" but a referral would be nice.
