I was happy with their internet service out in Brookline. On September 1st though students moved back to the area and our connection had lots of lag issues. The download speed was fine, but ssh connections and games (our main two internet services) were pretty bad. Due to this we switched to Verizon DSL (and hopefully fios if it ever makes it to Brookline). Not the best policy choice, but unfortunately the cable RCN was just too laggy at night. Service wise and speed wise they were great for me.
