I want to be able to effectively hide a directory so it can't be checked out, effectively freezing it, or simply making it obsolete. I certainly can delete the directory, but I would rather keep it in my CVS tree and make it inaccessable. Essentially, in my CVS repository I have TOP |---------------------------| a file A Directory |-----------|---------| FuBAr FOO BAR What I want to do is keep the FOO and BAR directories, but effectively kill the FuBAr directory so noone can check it out. One idea is possibly is to change the permissions of that directory in the repository. -- Jerry Feldman <[hidden email]> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
