Thanks for reading this. I'm running wu-ftpd 2.6.2, and it's working fine for one user, but nobody else can login. User "bill" (that's me) can access the server via ftp, but other regular users all get logon failures _from the ftp daemon_. The other users can access the server via SSH, so it's not a password issue. I've checked /etc/ftpusers, and it has only the standard entries. There's no user-related entry in ftpaccess, and all users have UID numbers of 1000 or higher. I ran wu-ftpd daemon with the -A switch, which disables use of the ftpaccess file, and it made no difference. The bahavior is the same whether I used the inet daemon or use wu-ftpd standalone.
